Firstly we hope you and your loved ones are staying safe.

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19) we are only providing supplies to existing customers who hold an account with us.

Existing customers are able to call our office for supplies (subject to availability) which we will try our best to deliver to you if possible, however we find ourselves making daily changes to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers, therefore we are sad to say we will be temporarily closing our shop to the public. 

For existing customers only

For us to maintain the cleanliness of your building we have been and will continue to:

Increase and prioritise the ‘touch points’ of your premises with a hospital grade disinfectant.

  • Handrails, Door Handles, Door Push Plates, Light Switches, Pull Cords
  • Counter Tops, Desks Surfaces and Work Station Keyboards and Telephones
  • Washroom Taps, Soap Dispenser, Push Buttons, Doors and Door Locks , Hand Dryers, Grab Rails & Flush
  • Kitchen worktops, Cupboard handles, Fridge Doors, Vending Machines, Tables & Seating
  • Lift door, buttons & keypads

Our Staffing Levels

Currently our staffing levels are good, we have a robust relief team trained on site and where some clients have closed, we are deploying staff available to those where clients have the need to increase.

Should our clients require a deep sanitisation:

Disinfectant chemicals kill 99.9% of Germs, Fogging kills all but 0.0001% of bacteria and viruses

Sanitising Fogging can be carried out throughout the building

** We are prioritising this service for existing clients only at this time to keep stock and PPE **

Timeframe
We are unable to give an exact time frame at this moment and it will be subject to staffing and suppliers keep up with the current demands.

By limiting to our existing clients, we feel this will improve response times

Employees

They are the most important for us right now and we are continuing to keep them protected, updated and supported with guidance on what this situation means to them.

Our employees meeting the criteria to self-isolate for 12 weeks have been sent home.

Supplier

Our suppliers are all working hard to keep us stocked there is obviously high demand for sanitising chemicals and hand sanitiser and we are doing our best to keep a steady flow delivered.

Our Office is manned currently with a rotation of staff and those working from home are doing so.
